The OCDSB rolled out the
Indigenous, Equity and Human Rights Road Map, 2020-2023, in the Fall of 2020. The work set out in the document challenges all members of the school community to eliminate barriers to success for every OCDSB student. The roadmap outlines the OCDSB's commitment to being intentional about acknowledging diverse ways of knowing, different styles of learning and valuing, and respecting and leveraging the strength of each student's individual and intersecting identities.
